"Called in to ask for an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and short. This is after I explained I was in excruciating pain. Bad people! Run, run, run. I never yelled at her. She said we can’t help you. Never told her I wanted them to fix the work someone else did. Was trying to get a X-ray done and a consult. She never tried to schedule anything during the week. Complete untruth! Try being more compassionate when people are in pain."
