"Took my mom here for an extraction and putting a fake tooth in for replacement. The fake tooth that they put into my mom's mouth didn't even stick. After about a month, it fell off. They wrote her an estimate and said "most likely she won't have to pay anything due to the insurance covering it." A few months later (they want to make you wait a long enough time so that you'll forget), we got a bill in the mail from them for about $1500. Called them but they strong-armed us into paying it out of pocket, which we eventually did-- all because they somehow couldn't get one of my mom's dental insurances to pay and lied to us about it in the first place. The Russian dental hygienist is good and does a very thorough job. I'm not even sure if she's still there. But the dentist and the billing people are as shady as they come."
