"My son and I went to Georgetown Orthodontics for a consultation back in September 2023. We were referred to this office by a family friend who's son currently has braces from Georgetown Orthodontics. The office took photos and the medical team gave us a detailed plan to address my sons dental concerns. Our insurance covered a portion of the costs too which was helpful! Once the consultation was complete, my son was booked to have his upper braces put on. During the entire process of applying the braces, the staff and doctors thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered any questions that we had. They also prepared us for anything my son might experience after the braces were put on so we were fully prepared for what to do in case he experienced any discomfort. Since then, my son has gone back every 6-8 weeks for tightening and the next visit will include lower braces. Every time we visit the office they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help in any way they can. They truly care about their patients and that is felt each time we visit. Highly recommend!"
