"First time choosing Walgreens for a vaccine. I made an appointment online to avoid walk in and wait. I checked in but ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. Then no one came to give me the vaccine. Do yourself a favor go to the other pharmacy on Talcottville, it is busier but they came take care of me in 10 minutes. And trust me they will not ignore you like this place."

"My wife was notified that her prescriptions were ready. I went the next day after work. They were not ready. I was told it would be a few minutes and told I could wait. At the time I am writing this review it has been 20 minutes with no end in sight. My feedback to Walgreens would be to not send a notification that meds are ready when they are not and I would appreciate the workers being straight with me if its going to actually be 20+ minutes instead of 3 minutes."

"Do not come to this location to get a PCR covid test done. They take WAY too long to get results. Other Walgreens in the area will get you results in 1 day. This place almost took 5 days to get it to me. And they ship they everything two days later instead of overnight/Monday like it says it does. Please use a different location. Plus they have no signs for testing. I went into the store and employees were rude to me when asking questions about where to get tested."

"Vickie, one of the pharmacists, was amazing. Not only was she willing to accommodate us getting our flu shots, but she was gentle and patient with my kids. I have always had a hard time finding a way to get my kids their flu shots, and this year was particularly difficult given family situations. Beyond grateful for our experience with her!"

"Forget Curbside. I am extremely upset. I am at very high risk for Covid due to autoimmune disorder. I ONLY shop curbside. I made a pick up order online submitted my payment information. I submitted the order and I received an email receipt. Later, when I got to the store, someone called me on my cell to say they could not process payment for the order. I went over the figures I received in the email, and they said I still owed $1.80. After discussion, I gave up and said fine, charge my card. Then they said I would have to come into the store to pay. I said I was not willing to risk my life to give them $1.80, especially when my card was already on file. (I had just used it to pick up a prescription at the drive up minutes earlier.) No, they said I had to go into the store. After I become very agitated and upset, they finally just brought my order out. PLEASE!!!! If you are going to have curbside pickup because of the pandemic, don't set it up so people have to go into the store. That makes no sense."
