"I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. The young man checking me out had some issues with the register and I ended up getting charged 2 times. He asked the manager for help and she informed him in a very condescending and belittling manner that he was not to interrupt her when she was with a customer. She then proceeded to treat me in the same manner, debating me as to whether or not i was charged twice. ( I was)I would have none of it. When I asked for her bosses name she gave me a name but no number. I went back in to get the number just in time to here her announce to anyone who would listen that she was sorry for the wait but it was because she was "getting yelled at". My attempts to complaing to the regional manager have been fruitless but I will continue to try. The amount of the refund processed was incorrect. She shorted me the tax. Normally I like this store but I am pretty sure I will never shop there again."
