"This place has a tendency to watch very closely people of a certain shade. I literally came for 2 items BBQ FRITOS n chewy cookies. I forgot to mention I came in with my brand new ebike n parked it in corner. Young plump white girl was like cool bike" I said TY. Went through self check out, receipt, my bike and turned to the associate and her other co-worker (mind you it's only them there) and I said "Have a good day" IGNORED again, "Have a good day" Still ignored so I said something to them on way out like how dare u ignore me after being cordial. Then the young plump girl cane out recording me on her phone and I gave her a few choice words. I also have a Video of it because a of being a black man in a n bike rider, one must have body cam. I'll post the link in my next review. For a brand new place they these employees need training asap. Clearly they don't."
"Went to do a return and the person working was able to figure it out, but made every attempt to navigate. She called her manger and told me to come back following day which I did and missed them. So I was told to come back between 8 and 3 which I did and the manger didn’t even look at receipts or items and just said they can do anything an employee couldn’t. Beware you will end up with defective items you can’t return!"
"My go-to spot in town. Mike & Emily run the store with complete professionalism and the perfect amount of enthusiasm. Love going in to see those guys!"
"The Workers are very helpful. They need more help The isles are sometimes pact with stuff. Because they don't have enough help they need to hire more help for them."
"The store is kept very neat and clean, staff is attentive and mostly very capable. The manager is very kind and friendly, and the assistant manager always has a smile and is very knowledgeable and quick. You never see any dusty products or dirty floors, and they are rarely out of anything. A very pleasant place to shop for a few minutes or a few hours!"
