"I wouldn't bring my dog to this place. Never again. They're so unprofessional. The Haitian lady refused to do my cleaning because I told her the glasses she gave me were dirty, and I wanted to clean it before putting them on. She kept asking, "Do you see dirt on the paper towel? Uh no ma'am but there's water stains. Could I just wipe it a little? And she kicked me out. Go see for yourself."

"Gold Star is an amazing office with helpful people and they rebuilt my smile. They were friendly, helpful, the work wasn’t too painful, and I could not be happier with the work they did. I love them! I covered my mouth when talking for years , but now I am constantly smiling because of the work they did. Thank you! As a side note, people who leave *bad* reviews on medical offices are psychotic. Unless the doctor harmed you in some way or lied or something, maybe just move on. “They didn’t call me back” “I waited an hour” oh my god stop crying. Weirdos"

"I have nothing but bad things to say about this office. I have been there three times in the last 2 months, the first time I went for a regular scheduled cleaning and I had some irritation in my gums and I left with a tooth infection, which led me going to the ER. They don’t open instruments in front of you which raises a question to how clean they are!!! Today I went in to get some cavities filled and when I got there the instruments were already open on the table!! I work in healthcare and know that that is frowned upon, then the DA proceeded to say “I don’t think the autoclave (instrument sterilization machine) is working properly, it’s not draining” so what is being done in the mean time???!!!. I then left with bumpy fillings after telling the DR they didn’t feel right he “shaved” the filling for a second and said “okay I’m done” I was too angry to even keep arguing to fix it. I have been super dissatisfied with the service provided at this office."

"My experience at Goldstar Family Dentistry was by far my best experience and visit to a Dentist Office ever! The way Rose and Dannie welcomed me as their first patient of the day was the epitome of customer service. They could not have been more friendly. Before they were able to see me, they had to clear up an insurance issue. Rose got on the phone right away and was able to rectify the issue. Rose then took me to get X-rays and do my teeth cleaning. She was so gentle and caring while working on my teeth. Throughout my visit, Rose and I had a very nice conversation in regards to life in general. She gave me some great advice. Afterwards on my way out, Rose and Dannie were great about setting up my next appointment. I highly recommended Goldstar Family Dentistry! They are the best."
