"Saw a sign saying now hiring. That's hilarious. Why? The staff are obnoxious, mean,rude,not polite, make you wait over three minutes in a empty store. I'll say again. One cashier. One floor worker and me. So can't be group of people they are magical helping. Be mean. Be rude. Needs training."

"I had posted a review awhile ago that was not as great as this one. I have a high expectation when it comes to customer service. In the past several months this store has exceeded any expectations I could possibly have had. Will was the greatest addition this store could’ve sought and if it wasn’t for his supreme customer service skills I probably would not be shopping here any longer. I recently found out he was apart of management. I’ve never seen a manager work as hard as he does. Most managers don’t like to do the hard work such as loading hundreds of pounds of grain into a customers vehicle. Managers generally just as an employee under them to do it. Will never hesitates to help. I can’t rave enough about him. This does not take away from the other great employees I’ve come to know such as sandy and Karen. It’s always a pleasure to go into this store and see these friendly peoples faces. Please don’t let these three workers go anywhere!! If anything promote them and do whatever it takes to keep them happy so they stay. Unfortunately I’ve seen a high turn over rate at this store and I’m hoping that stops and we can keep at least these three people. I’ve spoken to many of the employees in the recent months and for the first time I’ve heard they actually like working there. This is new to hear and I hope to see it stay the same. Purchasing from a company that has happy employees who interact with their customers makes it much easier to spend a small fortune weekly on our livestock."

"Went to buy a 6 Pound bag of meow mix dry cat food. All other stores selling at 7.50$ to 9.50.$ They were charging me 15$. Obviously a bar code issue, but cashier tried to tell me that was the correct price. I came home highest price was Chewy.com at 9.59$. dry cat food is not what has increased so much, Wet food is. Oh and the bag was torn open and Taped up put right on shelf. This is new for TS, they have always run Well. Not sure what's happening over there."
