"Very friendly staff; but I will not be coming back. I was charged $60 for grooming, they completely missed a lot of areas including the sanitary area. Money not well spent, very disappointed."

"The salesperson assisted me in finding my items. When I had gotten home, I realized one item was too small. I called to let her know the problem. She calmed my concerns about the return policy and held the correct size for my return back to the store. My item waiting at the register, with a note attached for the cashier. I love this level of customer service!"

"The service was amazing. The workers seemed to be cleaning up the store before closing and I see they care about the live animals in the store which is very important. Keeping a close eye on the live animals is very important. Checking to see if the animals get along, how they behave, health etc. I love to see pet stores that care about the animals they are selling that’s very important rather than just caring for money and customer needs. Please keep this up, there’s not many good pet stores like this."

"So I went there to bring my puppy who’s 1 year and 4 months to get her her first haircut and the groomer that was there was a lady with grayish hair was very nice when we walked in BUT once my dog was positioned to get groomed my dog snapped because this is literally new to her so she tried to adjust her so my dog snapped again so right there the groomer gave up. I understand for safety reasons why she wouldn’t wanna continue but instead of offering some kind of solution she recommended me to go somewhere else . Mind you this was an appointment for her FIRST HAIRCUT which had been postponed by Petco because someone else called out the week prior so that means my dog had to wait another week . The lady said you’ll need to bring her to a place where she can be muzzled. But yet the dog before my dog was muzzled, while she was grooming him. I’m just super frustrated because my dog really needs a haircut and it’s been a while since we’ve been able to book an appointment but no luck."
