"Very cheating and greedy. The dentist said my daughter has cavities on four molar teeth and two front teeth. At that time we just switched to a new insurance and still learning about the coverage. they made me believe the treatment all covered by insurance, and they didn't submit predetermination before the treatments. After all the molar teeth were treated with filling, they sent me full bills to pay by my self. I refused to pay full and let them wait until I check with my insurance. The result came out with half pay by us. With doubting their honesty, I canceled their 3rd filling app for my daughter's front teeth and tried to have another dentist office to evaluate if the filing necessary or not. The new dental office need the previous image but Shoreline dental played tricks to give us hard time. first when I called a few times, they said busy or the lady in charge not available, then said it was already sent but when I brought my daughter to the new dental office, no image from them at all so we wasted time with missing her class. They finally sent one but it was something else. In order to find the truth, I self paid two other dental offices recommended by friend and neighbor to check my daughter's front teeth. They both said no filling treatment needed as those baby teeth will fall off before the tiny cavity can progress further enough. What a drama! So worth it to find out how bad Shoreline Dental associates is with all my time money and efforts."

"It took one visit to decide I'd found my new forever dentist home. Dr. Kalta, Linda and Debbie made me comfortable, informed and feeling very safe. Not to disparage my retired dentist who took such good care of me, but he hadn't used the newer techniques and equipment that Dr. Kalta uses. The ultrasound equipment used to clean my teeth was painless and a welcoming change from scraping. I'm confident further dental work will be done with the same diligence and care."

""I don't write a review unless I'm wowed by the service or product." I just had my first visit to Shoreline Dental (ex-rays, consultation, oral exam and cleaning) with Debbie. Wow!! Impeccable!! I got lucky because my former dentist of 35 years or more retired in December and closed the practice. I felt a bit abandoned and was concerned that I would not find a practice as worthy. From the minute I walked in the door at Shoreline Dental I sensed that I was in the right place. I had shown up an hour early, my mistake and they were trying to accommodate me just like my former dentist would do. About my session with Debbie, let me just say- my best dental hygienist ever! I say that because she explained and illustrated in detail while she performed her exam and cleaned my teeth the potential consequences of improper tooth maintenance and she encouraged me to improve on my technique, remarkably she did all that without criticizing my efforts. My teeth an gums found a new home. If you're reading this review because your dentist retired than all I can say is that I can't wait until my next appointment. BTW: I didn't know this practice had a five star rating until I sat down to write this review, but I am not a bit surprised based on my overall experience."

"First time at the practice today. Debbie did a great job on my cleaning! Dr. Kalta was knowledgeable and personable. The appointment was right on time and the front desk staff was also pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice."

"I’ve been bringing my 2 children to this dentist since they were babies. All of the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My son has anxiety about certain things and they are always patient and can quickly calm him down. I would 100% recommend this dentist to any one looking for a new place. They are fantastic can’t say enough nice things about them!!"
