"This place has great price if you are looking for just a place to sleep. Dont expect ANY classiness about this entire place. Walls have punch holes, open chimmney hatches which causes room to be freezing, shower knobs broken, disguisting floors and all broken furniture. We had to change rooms. Overall its a great overnight party type location. Smoking, drugs, and all types of people are welcomed there."

"Absolutely horrible! First thing you notice when you open the door to walk into the room is the aroma of mold. Then as you step foot into the room you notice the room hasn’t been vacuumed probably since they’ve opened. There are bugs all over the window sills and curtains. There was a dirty rag and socks behind the TV, making me wonder really when the last time the room was cleaned. Cigarette butts in the shower. This was easily the WORST room I’ve ever attempted to stay in. There was no way I was staying in this room. As we go to tell whoever was in charge about the room and that we would not be staying there, the “owner” said they would have to charge us a $35 short stay because the blankets were off the bed. Well obviously when we saw the condition of the room, we checked for bed bugs! After my boyfriend was done speaking with said “owner” he said he could do it for $25. What kind of policy is that? Where you try to bargain with the customer? I work in customer service and we’ll know that you put the customer first and if they are not satisfied you make it better and do what your supposed so they are inclined to use your services again. This was completely opposite. When I walked inside, I asked where the owner was in which he said he was. But then after he said the owners weren’t there and I couldn’t speak with them. I asked him where the policy was where you still charge people after they don’t want to stay after walking in and seeing a horrendously dirty room? I got no answer. Said “owner” who actually wasn’t proceeded to argue with me and raise his voice and begin to tell me I wasn’t getting any money back at all now. Now after this I go to the car and my boyfriend comes back with $25 dollars. If you want to have an absolutely atrocious time, stay at this motel! If you actually care about your well being, go elsewhere! You’ll be better off, TRUST ME!"

"The rooms are big and thats the only good thing I can say about this motel. They have bugs and the bathroom was nasty(had a hole in the ceiling right above the shower, had to cover it with something to feel comfortable). One of the female managers has a really bad attitude, is lazy and very unprofessional as she had us sitting in the dark for about 10 minutes when the lights went out. My husband had to call and remind her that we paid a week in advance and this is unacceptable which then she was very rude to him and then finally turned the lights back on. Also, there is lots of commotion outside (people yelling, arguing and sketchy activity) Recommendations: Management- professionalism is always a great thing, it goes a long way! I think its time to get your electrical wiring fixed so the lights dont keep going out because someone is using a microwave The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and sprayed for bugs."
