Courtyard by Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport

"Stayed at this location for a night for a business trip to Hartford. The room was clean, service was great. Location is right by the thruway, theres restaurants like buffalo wild wings as well as grocery stores not far. Would stay here again"

"Solid hotel for a business trip, met all of my needs and most importantly it was quiet. Very easy to find from the airport and a short drive. The staff is friendly and forthcoming with suggestions about the local area and ways to improve your stay. I’ll happily stay here again in the future."

"Our first room smelled so bad we had to be moved to another one. No continuity with other Marriott’s we have stayed in. We got the king with a sofa but it wasn’t any bigger as is usually standard, they just crammed a sofa into the same small room. Restaurant charged $50 for a $15 bottle of wine and the burgers were frozen and $18. Hummus was chunky and not properly made, store bought would have been superior. Water pressure in the shower was little more than being spit on. No lotion, bar soap for the shower, or standard amenities you’d expect. Just a gross, dirty, and overpriced hotel. Won’t be staying at Marriott ever again."

"I’m so thrown by the other reviews of this property being clean. Our room along with our in-laws were so disgusting. We checked in to both rooms having a ton of hair all over the drain, make up all over the shower curtain, some sort of pink stuff all over the inside of the tub. It looked the bathroom had not been touched.there were also spills all over the walls, hair and food all over the carpets. We called and they came and cleaned our bathrooms again but it still looked like it needed help but I gave up since we were trying to get to our dinner reservations for my husbands bday. I wanted to leave and check in somewhere else but he wanted to just stick it out and didn’t want the stress of packing everyone back up. Some of the comments also say there’s a pool but that apparently shut down a while ago. There’s one elevator in the entire place and if you’re staying on the other side of the building it’s a long haul; especially if you have your elderly in-laws who can’t move around well with you."

"This was my first Courtyard - I have stayed at numerous other hotels on leisure. This visit was for work and was perfect! I, and many other coworkers, capitalized on the outside Courtyard and got to network. The grounds are gorgeous, very cozy, aromatic (I know weird, but it helps whenever you're away from home), plus dog friendly - I did not have my pets but it was nice seeing others with theirs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone greeted you, asked you if you needed any help at any moment they may of seen me wandering LOL Food was delicious also!"
