"I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked. But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on."
