"I had an appointment today at Farmington Family dentistry. When I went there, I was told that I owed them $30+ and its in collection so they canceled my appointments and all future appointments for the family this year. When asked whether I could pay it right there I was told that nobody in billing is available nor do they have number for collection agency. This is the first time we have experienced this anywhere. Very disappointed with their service. I had taken half day off from work for this appointment and they had no courtesy to inform by call or text that my appointment has been canceled."
