"While they carry lovely products and excellent toys, I cannot recommend LoveThyBeast because of their return policy. If coats don’t fit your dog (and purchased on sale), they absolutely WILL NOT allow a return. This is unfortunate because it seems their dog coats only fit certain types of breeds. Their customer service is quite lacking as well, sometimes taking almost 10 days to respond. There is an incredible range of dog supply stores (high and low end), and I encourage customers to look elsewhere."

"Okay , I’ll keep it short but sweet . My GF and I got a Schnauzer puppy in April and promptly went shopping for him at the Hudson location since she has a retail store in Hudson. We’ve since spent over $1000 + at this location and recently we bought a cool Onsey for our pup and while we were helped by the staff we were also confused about how we’re suppose to use our existing harness with the Onesy. When we asked the staff member they had no clue either. We’re easy going and we tried to find a solution to this so we looked at some harnesses and settled on one that cost $78.00 and subsequently bought it to go over the ones. Once home my GF looked on their site and it was explained there after we got home. Now mind you we never used it and although we took the tags off and left them at the store it was brand new. After some back and forth we decided we’d exchange for one of their dog totes which was $160 . We went there and explained our situation and both the salesperson and I’m assuming the manager took a very defensive attitude with us despite the fact that their policy is no returns without packaging (in this case it was a hang tag) they wouldn’t hear us out and just basically shut us down. Now as a retailer all my life I know that there is always a way to satisfy a customer especially one with a huge purchase history and considering that I posted to my breeders Instagram and Facebook page with their link and a small review I will never shop here or recommend Love Thy beast to anyone again both online and at our shop in Hudson where our puppy works everyday we’re open. What a terrible sense of customer service they have which is very shortsighted . Good luck with that attitude … Love Thy Beast ? More like “Ignore our customer’s satisfaction” J"

"Very impressive, high quality dog store. Got a great looking jacket for my dog, which was easy to do since they have plenty of sizes. Only complaint is that it’s probably still more expensive than it should be for pets. Staff are very friendly, I would certainly come back. Very satisfied."
