The whole team at Dr. Ko’s, from the receptionists all the way through the assistants and hygienists; are exactly the competent professionals who I am looking forward to seeing and working with for my dental health future. Cassandra (and the whole staff) were great at making sure I felt comfortable today, which I appreciate as a disabled veteran. "Office staff was nice and I had a great hygienist! The low stars are due to them telling me my insurance was covered, completed my first appointment and afterwards calling me and telling me that they were out of network. Which meant I had to pay for a cleaning out of pocket when it is a completely free service had they been in network with my insurance. I did not understand why they would initially take all of my information (insurance included) tell me I was covered only to tell me to pay out of pocket. Just a waste of time and unnecessary money spent."
