"Brought my 2 year old son in for his first dental appointment. He is not a fan of the doctor so i was expecting him to be excited about the dentist. The young lady at the front desk was really nice and greeted us immediately after we entered the office. My son ran over to the area where they have toys and books for kids. We were called back right away and no surprise he cried the entire time. Dr. Patel and the dental assistant were so patient with him and didn’t force him to do anything he did not want to do. Dr. Patel answered all my questions and offered helpful tips on how to ween my son from the pacifier. After his visit he was able to choose an item from the treasure chest. He also was given a lollipop and a little “swag bag” of dental hygiene products. Also, i was sent a link to fill out all the patient info and upload my insurance card which helps save time when getting to the office because there was nothing that needed to be done when i arrived. Definitely a practice i will continue to come to. Going to make an appointment for myself soon. it’s nice that they have a dentist for the whole family. it makes dental appointments so convenient. Overall a great experience!"
