When it comes to cleanliness and hygiene, we take our responsibilities seriously. Our machines are regularly washed and sanitized to ensure a pristine environment for your laundry. Additionally, the clean rinse water used in every wash cycle is not recycled, guaranteeing the highest level of cleanliness.

We understand that different types of laundry require specific care. Our machines are equipped to handle feather and down duvets, with a minimum 18kg washer recommended. However, please check the care label first for washing instructions. To aid in the drying process, we recommend placing two clean tennis balls in the dryer, as this helps break up the feathers and down.

For those with furry friends, we have dedicated animal blanket machines available at select locations. These 28kg super large washers have special pet blanket wash cycles, ensuring a thorough and effective cleaning process. Please refer to our website's locations page to see if your nearest laundromat has this feature.

When it comes to using bleach, please exercise caution and always check the care label first. Up to a cup of bleach can be used for duvets with feather or down filling, but ensure you select a warm gentle wash cycle or, if you're willing to take some risk, a hot wash cycle. Wool items, on the other hand, should be washed on a cold gentle wash cycle and air dried.

For wool-filled duvets or woolrests, please use a minimum 18kg washer and check the care label first. These items can only be washed on a gentle cold cycle and must be air dried.
