"I went to get large fries, and the size of it is so small. They don't even pack the fries into it. Ive tried their frozen drinks and they are smoother and better then mcdonalds. But the fries were a letdown"

"The drive through is worse than the restaurant itself, which is saying a lot. The restaurant is about as inviting as a hospital room. The person taking my order sounded like the world lay on her shoulders and from the time it took to take the order and have it passed through the window indicated to me that they were moving at a snails pace to get that order out. "Order incorrect twice: requested no ketchup but ketchup was included making for a messy burger which my husband wore. Asked for a Hawaiian chicken burger but charged & received a BK Chicken. Fries were hot though & the staff member apologized about the chicken burger. We didn't inform about the ketchup. Restaurant was clean & there was a nice ambience. Music was playing on tv"
"Staff are lovely at Napier and work really hard especially the lady on the counter. Big ups to them however "Taste the Hype " King's Chicken Burger was gross. No Taste. Tiny. Not Crunchy at all so so.much for audible crunch. It was swimming in ranch and was a waste of $11.50. Couldn't taste the chicken. Won't be back for seconds. Management confirmed burger bun and chicken were correct. They advised too much sauce ruined the burger. I was offered a replacement or points on my app. Cheers"
