Our Practice Manager, Vicki Prebble, ensures the smooth operation of our institution and oversees the administrative aspects.

With eight consulting rooms, a spacious nurses consulting room, and a modern treatment area with three treatment bays, we have the necessary facilities to cater to a wide range of medical needs. Our patient management system, MedTech 32, enables efficient and seamless care for our patients.

At Dr Caroline Arthur, we currently serve approximately 7000 patients, representing a diverse mix of ages and social backgrounds. While we primarily operate by appointment, we strive to accommodate emergencies whenever possible. Moreover, we also offer medical and occupational health services to local businesses, further emphasizing our commitment to the community's well-being.

Our opening hours are typically from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some doctors providing late evening appointments until 7:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays exclusively for their patients. We are proud to be associated with Health HB PHO and receive capitation-based funding. For out-of-hours care, we collaborate with City Medical to ensure continuous and comprehensive medical support.
