"Very comfortable room kitchen with fresh milk in fridge, bathroom and sleeping areas all tidy and clean. The manager and cleaners are very prompt for service if anything is needed. No problems at all with other guests. Own parking area right outside your room. Price is very good and affordable. Pet friendly motel which I loved. Would definately stay here again."

"We stayed for one night to explore the town, having a small kitchen in the room was also an attractive feature for a busy traveller. As soon as i walked in, there was a smell of old couch, the decorative pillows also looked dirty. The beds seemed ok, so had no concerns until i started cooking. A large cockroach run out from behind the microwave and i got scared as it was so close to me. I panicked, slipped on the floor, hit my shoulder on the counter and fell on the floor. We asked for the ice, the attendant was helpful and reasonably prompt. He looked at the insect as we managed to catch it, and said it was a bush cockroach and they do pest control every two months. I was glad that we stayed only one night, yet my large bruise on the shoulder from the fall would be on my holiday pictures to remind me of this place."

"We have stayed at Bay Beauty Motel twice over the last few months we have enjoyed both times so affordable which helped since we had to travel from Te Aroha we found the staff very friendly, our room nice and clean and the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well equip, with a large fridge-freezer, Our enjoyment was the extra large private spa pool. Also we received a newspaper in the morning, hop skip jump to the shops for take away meals, we would stay here again."
