"You should probably learn how to actually be kind and train your new staff properly. If you guys spent less time talking smack about each other and treating your new staff with respect, you could possibly retain your workers and have less of a turnover. Very toxic work culture and HR should DEFINITELY have some proper training put in place. Workplace bullying is never okay....especially when it's the manager."
"Lady getting my click and collect spent the whole time huffing and puffing that my order was split into multiple packages from other stores, that isn't my problem. Also wasn't organized into a bag for me to collect so took 10 mins to pick up my order. Would be a lot easier if online click and collect orders were ready in a bag and checked already ready for your customers to collect when they come in."
