"I've been to Biggies Pizza every time I head back home to Dunedin, and I've never been disappointed. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings, and the Camembert Bites YUMMMMMMO! The staff at Biggies Pizza are always friendly and helpful. "Booked for a birthday at 7pm. Restaurant was very cold and staff did nothing to fix this when asked. Staff took ages to offer a drink, then felt rushed by staff to order. Seemed to be more interested in delivery/take away than in-house customers. Food was good. Toilets were in the basement and were disgusting! Feet were sticking to the carpet down there and it stank. (Don't know how they pass the health standards). By 8:30 the staff were packing up tables around us and making it clear that they wanted us to leave. Told the manageress some of my concerns when leaving and she seemed to find it amusing and commented that they turn the restaurant into a night club. Poor form, won't be going back!"
"BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Short LADY working Saturday 25/03/23 in evening absolutely rude & unprofessional in her approach. Telling me to go to Domino’s if i cnt wait 1 hour for pizza . No way she can tell me wat to do no matter wats scenario being in hospitality learn to be humble & kind . FREE ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT : Stop hiring staff with low IQ & hatred filled deep in there guts ."
