"I dropped my phone and it turned black. The screen was gone. It was Saturday night so couldn't get it fixed till Monday when I had to work and to work I need a multi factor authenticator on phone. I texted James on Sunday morning and he replied quite quickly. I called him and he said he's out but would be able to help me at 6 pm. He fixed my phone in 20 mins. I had an aftermarket screen which used to consume too much battery and had touch related issues.. But this guy replaced it with a much better screen. I have a much better power backup now and it doesn't keep on turning on in my pocket. Will definitely be going back if I ever need a phone fixed."
