We encourage our tamariki (children) to be mindful and appreciative of the world around them, fostering respect for their environment.

Our expansive backyard is a haven for exploration, boasting large trees, real grass, and a vegetable garden complete with a worm farm. Here, our tamariki have the freedom to engage with the natural world, rain or shine. This hands-on experience helps them understand the complexity and wonder of their surroundings, forging a deeper connection with nature. They also learn to use real tools like saws, hammers, and gardening equipment, developing their risk management skills and making safe choices.

We recommend enrolling your child for at least two full days initially, gradually building up to five days at their own pace. This allows our teachers to get to know your child and provide consistent support for their learning journey.
