"Do not use this post office or this pharmacy if you can avoid it: Sent 3 times letters and each time there was an issue. First time, it took many weeks for a simple letter to arrive. Next time, they sold the wrong tracking code to us, which meant we lost the package. The fourth time, they also created issues with a simple letter I wanted to post. The shop assistant rolled her eyes at me and the manager refused to help. Incompetent, rude and not customer focused."
