"Very poor service and really mislead both my wife and I . We mafe a pre auction and was not even told if it was in the acceptable range. Do we then wasted our time following the agent to the office on a Sunday and fill all the necessary paperwork in . The paperwork was then then passed to my lawyer mand after all that I was told the offer was not even in the 'right ball park' to be considered!!! What a waste of time and my money as I had to pay my lawyer for his time. Thankfully we found a much more straightforward agent to deal with from another company and everything went through smoothly. I believe the previous property didn't sell anyway but we have now purchased a beautiful home."
