"The drivers for this company have very bad customer service. He was really impatient and drove quite unsafely. When We complained about this speed he responded “do you want to get out?” Which is unacceptable. We also paid for a return trip and the company made a mistake thinking we only paid for 1 way for some reason. We thus had to call them and they tried to convince us we only requested one way despite our receipt saying we paid for return. We then had to wait 45 minutes later than our pick up time for them to come"
