As a result of a back injury I was taken in to receive treatment from Dr Phillips (Chiropractor) and Grace Bai (Acupuncturist) who both took the time out to understand my injury and treat me accordingly. As a full time CrossFit coach and athlete I’ve needed treatment for a number of injuries, shoulder surgery rehab and general maintenance from Andy, Harry and Ivy who have all been fantastic. I’m on track to have one of the best bicep tendon surgery recoveries and a huge part of that is down to being under the expert guidance of Harry. If you need help with any niggles or body mechanics then definitely get yourself into Motion, you’ll be in the best hands!"
