"I had my gel acrylic extension nails done in September. Their service was so slow that it took them 3 hours to do my nails. Their service was not up to a standard either as one of my nail had come off within 3 days of applying. The boss lady of the shop was doing my nails first, she was so rude, and yelled at me and her communication skills weren't clear at all. I had chosen my nail colour waiting for her to finish doing my nails but she was busy doing other customers nails that came after me leaving me hanging to wait to complete the job. They took their time in doing other customers nails that come after me and left before and rushed to do mine. I sat their watching them doing other customer's nails. However, The other lady that did the designs of the nails was much better and quicker in doing the nails so One star for her. Next time, I would go to someone who's fast, efficient, communicates with their customer's nicely and do things in an organized manner."
"Did my nails 2 weeks ago. They're only just starting to grow out. I wish I did them sooner so I could redo them here again but sadly now in Australia which it's gonna be hard to find someone who can do such immaculate jobs like this salon does ❤️ didn't really get to take any proper photos of them"
