"The couches I ordered were supposed to arrive on Tuesday, I put it in my calendar and arranged people to help me get the couch inside and took time off work, the couch didn't come when I rang them they didn't know of any couch deliveries for the day and had no records of me buying a couch, after a little while they thankfully managed to find my couches in a warehouse and then sent it out on Thursday, When it arrived it was raining and I was told it was drop off only, they reluctantly moved the couch to my door way so it would be mostly out of the rain, I had to push the couches inside the house, at which point I injured my leg, (I didn't have much choice due to the rain) Kind of annoying, just be aware once you've paid for your couch in full that's where their customer service ends at the checkout, also they no longer drop things off to your house, they dump it outside. In store staff are good though, and reasonable prices"
"I went in on Sat 11th March. Great service by the gentleman that was there but he was working by himself! He did a great job but I ended up leaving and coming back another day when I could spend time with the sales people as I wasn't too sure on what I wanted. Appalling that a big company like big save would jeopardize their staff safety by only having 1 person on shift."
