"Incredibly dissapointed with the customer services I have seen in this store. The staff are young, and don't seem to want to be there but more over they are Incredibly racist. I have witnessed this myself. I'm a white female who went in with her POC friend. We received totally different shopping experiences. It's 2023 get with the time's. Racism has no part in society and no part in customer service. I suggest you take a long hard look at your staff and figure out where you went wrong. Because you are not going to get customers coming back at the moment. Im.happy to discuss this further with head office or the store if they so wish."

"I am not sure about the negative reviews by other peeps out there but my online experience for JDSports so far is second to none! I purchased 2 Jordan from them and the shoes were delivered 2 days after. The second one was ordered like 9-10pm and got processed literally 5am following morning! I am impressed on how quick they dispatched it! I ordered the same shoe from FL waited for the timer to become available only to find out a day after that all of my size were OOS (the only lesson I've learn is FL online ordering sucks) TLDR; superb online ordering and got the shoes 2 days after! Highly recommend!"
