"Had a good experience buying a bike through Cycle Science, but have had a couple of after sales let downs. Wheel put in for truing came out less true than when it went in. Tyre started rubbing on the frame. Couple of other instances as well. Try to support them because the shop supports local MTB racing series and clearly the Customer Assistants have some knowledge, but shop is let down by inability to deliver consistently."
