"I recently changed over to Vice vapes from the "other" crowd. Glad I did cos in my two visits in, I've been met with nothing but exceptional service. I'd like to give major props to Kyla, professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and an all round genuine and nice lady. She took the time to listen and also provide an above par customer service. In total, I was probably in the store for about half n hour, but she took the time to explain the ins and outs of my device, without ever feeling like she was in a rush. Thank you Kyla!"
