"Really fascinating hotel in the Auckland CBD area with great facilities. Stayed there a few times, you can’t really go wrong with selecting this place. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are efficient with check in and check out process. The rooms are spacious and clean and prices are very affordable. You can get a room in one of the top floors and have a great view, and the Sky tower is within walking distance from the hotel. I took a few pictures of a view from my hotel room. I would heartily recommend this place to any kind of traveler."
"Beds were really nice and comfortable. How ever the buffet was terrible not like it used to be. The food was all cold and they barely had anything on the plates for you to grab. The rooms could do with a little bit of a refresh. It’s also very hard to get in side with the construction. Had some wifi problems too. Not enough power to flush the toilet properly I had to flush 3 times. Some of the staff were trying to make us pay extra for breakfast. I’m not rushing to stay here again. Please lower your prices or fix your hotel. We always stay here and this shocked us terribly. Also we heard somebody’s power went out and they were banging on the wall trying to get somebody to come. It’s sad I have to write this review."
