"Very over priced for the quality of service & nails($80 gel extensions) & the amount of time it took( 1hr½). I even came in ½ an hour earlier (I booked). Didn't tidy up my cuticles or anything apart from taking nail polish off 1 finger, the prep was shocking. It wasn't even busy. Saw 3 different people & before one of the girl could finish my "nail art" ( which i paid extra for- not worth it) she was pulled away to start a pedi, I then had to point out to the other lady she hadn't finished. Nails bumpy. Really dissapointed. Had better quality for cheaper & nail art for no extra cost elsewhere . Picture an hour after done."
"Very friendly service, helpful and kind. Had a good conversation and hence did not feel bored...suggested different services that I could have. I travel from Pukekohe to Waiuku as I love the staff and Alex did my dip powder nails...n took a lot of effort n care. Highly recommend this place."
