"Sharing on behalf of my aunties that bought a top from here. They bought a top for $99 and when they got home they realised that there were 2 rips on both of the shoulder seams, so they went back to see if there could be an exchange done as the lady did not point out the faults in the top. Although they do understand now that there is a no return policy, they wish that the lady could have at least pointed out the fault in the top before they bought it. The lady that served them had curly blonde hair. She was not helpful to them at all and told them they can go down to countdown and buy a thread and sew it. Very rude customer service and on top of that her breath was not pleasant. They will not be going back there ever again because of her customer service"
"First time I have been in here but really impressed. Great layout and plenty of bargains to be had. Bought dress today for $150 down from $299! Designer labels at affordable prices. Assistant very polite and helpful, not "pushy" like some others. Easy access and parking. I will definitely be back!"
