"Had a great experience here, called to book an appt on same day for builder gel removal (from another salon) and builder gel application, they were able to see me so went there for the first time, the lady took great care of my nails and I’m super happy with the outcome, I thought it was a really good price compared to other salons and I will be coming back, have found my new nail salon!"
"Only come here if you are willing to wait on average 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment. The last 4 times I have visited I have waited between 25-45 minutes, each time hoping I wouldn’t have the same experience. Today’s experience: I called up at 4pm on Friday to book an appointment for 10:30am on Saturday, you’d think that when I booked the team would have good visibility over the next morning’s appointments and would be able to suggest a realistic time for my appointment. But no, I waited 25 minutes before I was seen – disappointing to waste such precious time on the weekend. I can see from the other reviews this is an ongoing issue and also saw another lady walk out, sick of waiting, this morning. The Nail Bar team, please consider ways to better manage your booking system. You do a good job at brows and nails, but this poor customer service isn’t up to scratch."
