Manager/owner was the worst, grumpy and unbothered when queried. Makes me wonder why he is in retail with such a poor attitude, no surprise with the other low reviews. If you're looking for a good shopping experience and service, I suggest you take your money elsewhere."
"I give 2 stars because The online service is much better than store service! I went to the local store earlier and the customer service wasn’t very nice, I asked them for a smaller size in a particular style shoes and the staffs there made me feeling unwelcome and I wasn’t even deserving to be serviced by them. After I decided to purchase online and very nice customer service by email communication. Sighhhh. I wonder how strictly their staff training process is!!!"
"Nice staff, adequate customer service. Has a lot of discount but the options are not too many. Only a few of each brand are one sales. Prices seems to be better than other shops in Auckland. If you’re looking for a reasonable football shoe, this is the place you should try."
