"My go to nail studio! I have been a regular at nails care and beauty for around 8 years now and will never go anywhere else! Jenny is so lovely and extremely talented! No design is too much for her to tackle and she is always so accomodating whenever I need to pop in to get a nail fixed. I couldn’t recommend nails care and beauty enough and I will continue to be a loyal customer until the end!"
"Worst customer service ever. Went in today to use a gift voucher I was given when my son was recently born, so was looking forward to pampering myself & the owner Jenny turned me away, told me she couldnt do my friend & my pedicures.. I then asked if I could come back another time and she preceeded to say she could not do it. I then phoned to talk to Jenny about this as I felt disappointed as a loyal customer of quite a few years which she then was argumentative & rude, yelling down the phone at me.. Very disappointed!!!!! Safe to say ill never be returning."
"The ladies at Nails Care & Beauty are wonderful, very welcoming and do an amazing job with Shellac. My second time here which will now be my regular. I had my previous Shellac on for 5 weeks. Highly Recommend. When you book an appointment the always on time, never felt rushed unlike some Salons. My best Nail experience on the coast thus far. Give them a go!!! "Jenny (the owner) is so rude! You feel like you are a bother when you should be feeling like a valued customer. Pedicures are cold with very little massage or care. When you are eventually dealt with it is as fast as possible that you don't feel pampered which you should! She needs to learn a bit of manners and customer service otherwise she will have no customers at all based on my experience. Will never go there again! Magical Nails on the otherhand inside the plaza are pleasant, helpful and professional. Always feel great and highly recommended."
