"We rang for a cap, they arrived, i got my friend to run out and let him know i won't be long, just looking for my keys i misplaced and as i found them my friend came back to me and told me he was not going to wait 5 minutes for me to look for my keys as i ran out he took off out the driveway!!! With that i rang up again to order another taxi and it took them 2 HOURS!! to arrive back!! I had a sick child with me who wanted to go home. I would not recommend this service your better off getting an uber!!!! At least there on time and will wait!!! Not happy Bendigo taxies!!"

"Wasn't allowed to make a booking for a pick-up after an appointment and was told don't worry as there is no work atm and we could get one quick. When we did call to order a taxi was told that one should arrive by 11:45..taxi didn't show and was forced to call. Operator was rude and sounded like she couldn't care less that we had to wait"
"Ordered a cab in advance telling the operator it was to the train station, which i felt implied the booking time was important. When the time passed, phoned again and was told would be some time as the cab was still a long way away. Seems no point in making forward bookings. Still luck of the draw."
"Everytime I call for a wheelchair accessible taxi, they let me know exactly how soon I can expect one, unless I book it in first in which case they turn up either on time or a couple of minutes earlier. And the wheelchair taxi drivers are so polite and friendly I actually enjoy the ride home cause they drive safely and make sure I'm comfortable. But from post experiences, the same can't be said about the normal sedan taxi drivers though, unfortunately..."
