"Since the new ballarat East store has opened in november 2022 they have sent most of the good staff over there accept for a few that are still at mount clear and since this has happened most of the new staff are arrogant,rude not very welcoming and some of the staff make you feel uncomfortable they tell customers to leave the supermarket when they inquire on a product that should be on shelves but isn't even when it was done respectfully and nicely l would not recommend this supermarket to anybody. Through talking to a few staff members that l know have told me they are considering leaving. I will definitely be taking my shopping elsewhere"
"Staff is the best part of this supermarket. Clean, reasonable price, fresh produce. You are able to buy a wide range of gluten free products and organic. Now they sell indoor plants. However, most of the plants look unwell and not worth buying."
