Welcome to Ballarat Dentist, Dr Don Andersons’ Dental Clinic, located in Ballarat Central on Seymour Street. Our clinic is a trusted and experienced dental institution that prioritizes the long-term protection of your teeth and gums.
With over 30 years of experience in general dental practice, Dr Don Anderson is dedicated to the well-being of his patients. He has been providing excellent dental care to the Ballarat community for three decades, focusing on preventative dental care and the concept of "do no harm".
At Dr Don Andersons’ Dental Clinic, we offer comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. Our services include diagnosis and treatment at the initial appointment, with a strong emphasis on tooth preservation. If saving the tooth is not possible, or if the patient chooses not to keep it, we also provide tooth extraction options.
We are proud to offer dental care for children both privately and under the Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS). The CDBS provides payment for basic dental services for children aged between 2 and 17 years.
Unlike health insurance "preferred providers", we value our independence and prioritize your best interests. Health funds and their preferred providers are focused on profit rather than patient care. We believe that your health fund rebate should be the same, regardless of which dentist you choose to see. The Australian Dental Association shares our view and does not support "preferred provider schemes".
Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on weekends.
