"Nice clean store lot's of variety, but the online workers take up a lot of the aisle, making it hard to get around to the item you need."
"Lucas is a great little shopping centre for essentials. However whoever designed parking and roads around it made it difficult to access place. I started doing click and collect and waited a really long time for poor young girl to bring mine out and several others waiting. There's gotta be a better way a back door for staff to bring trolleys out. So now I'm opting for delivery issue now is not all my items are available if you opt swap with appropriate items you don't tend to get the closest thing to what you ordered. I dislike that there's a sticker with my details on the shopping bags also that is not removable which makes the bags harder to recycle or reuse."
"Lucas Supermarket is fantastic. It's clean, almost fully stocked all of the time. The staff are very friendly. They have great specials upon the specials in the catalogue. If there is one thing that could be thought about a little more is the times that are busiest, have your staff on the floor, and have tea breaks at least busiest times. I know that could be an impossible mission, but just a suggestion."
