"As a previous client who look a break from nail services - I returned to have my SNS applied 3 times and each time I was left with nails that were not how I asked. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and were rough with my nails causing discomfort I really wanted to be happy as I once was a regular client here and the location is most convinent for me but unfortunately after 3 times of being unsatisfied I will be going elsewhere"
