Welcome to Vinnies, a renowned institution located in Coolalinga, Australia. As an establishment, point of interest, and store, Vinnies is dedicated to providing over 200 services that assist individuals in need. We understand the importance of supporting Australia's First Nations peoples and have long advocated for their constitutional recognition.

At Vinnies, we strive to alleviate the burden faced by families who struggle to meet their basic needs due to financial constraints. With our practical support, we aim to offer Australians facing poverty an alternative and improve their quality of life. Our organization comprises more than 45,000 members and volunteers who work tirelessly to assist those in need and combat social injustice across the country. Internationally, we operate in 153 countries and have a membership of over 800,000 individuals.

Our values are deeply ingrained in our service, as we believe in loyalty to our mission, vision, and values. We welcome and serve everyone with understanding and without judgment, regardless of their creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions. Vinnies is proud to be a nominating organization for the Australian Government's School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI). Additionally, we are always seeking motivated and community-minded individuals to join us in our programs, events, and services nationwide. There are various ways you can contribute and make a difference.

As an organization, we actively and passionately speak out against the root causes of poverty and inequality on behalf of the people we serve. Our commitment to making a positive impact is exemplified through the stories of individuals like Samantha, whose life has been turned around with a helping hand from Vinnies, ensuring a brighter future for herself and her children. Similarly, J, who suffered an injury at the age of 55 after being retrenched from his full-time job, found support and assistance from our organization. D, who lost her job just before her 64th birthday, experienced unemployment for the first time in her life and found solace in Vinnies.

As a lay Catholic organization, we are dedicated to working towards a more just and compassionate society. We recognize that we are on Aboriginal land and pay our respects to all traditional custodians.
