"We hired a mighty double-up for 2 weeks and it met our needs for this holiday. The hand over experience was disappointing as the lady didn't know much about the camper so were referred to the app. As we didn't end up with the camper we thought we were getting, and unless you know what vehicle you are getting, the app isn't much use as far as instructions go. Could I suggest, you leave the manual for the appliances in the campers instead of relying on an app or check that the right vehicle has been selected before sending people off. The toilet chemical provided doesn't work properly, and the toilet becomes very smelly, very quickly (within a day). We ended up buying the liquid rather than using the powder provided to avoid the smell. The collection depot does not have enough power outlets for all the vehicles, so our batteries were not fully charged and our fridge was turned to low (something else we had to figure out ourselves, as this was not explained in the hand over) so it took a long time to cool down enough in the 30 degree heat for us to feel comfortable that our meat would not go off. They may only appear to be minor but one would think that if you are picking up a camper the fridge would be on and the batteries charged. Overall, we had a great time visiting WA and the NT and it fitted our needs for the 2 weeks."

"This is the 3rd time I rent a campervan in the last year (first time with Mighty Campers) and it was the first time that I did not experience any issues at all. The previous tines there was either a mechanical, electrical or some sort of other issues but not this time. Water was full, battery was charged and we even had a toaster and an electric Kettle! This speaks lots about Mighty Campers maintenance of the vehicles as well as their attention to detail. We hired a High ball for 2 people and the one comment I would have is about ventilation. There is only one window at the back right-hand side, so there is not much air circulation unless the doors are open, which can be a problem for bugs, in particular mosquitoes and sandflies. So having extra windows with mosquito screens would make it almost perfect! We were really happy with the experience and would absolutely hire a campervan with them again. Highly recommend Mighty Campers!"
