Please wear light, loose clothing during your session, as all moves can be effectively performed through clothing. Our prices are $70 for adults, $40 for children, and $20 for babies.

After a Bowen therapy session, it is important to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, refrain from other forms of complementary therapy (such as chiropractic or massage) within a week before or after treatment, and follow any exercises given to you by the therapist starting the day after your session.
