Audi Service Centre Darwin

"Just needed a tyre repair/replace + service, but basically fobbed off by receptionist at Service Dept who told me it would take "2 weeks" to get a suitable tyre... Apalling. Got job done in 2 days at Territory Tyres."

"Probably the worst Audi dealership in Australia. I loved my Audi but have started hating it just because of this dealership and their extremely rude/unprofessional staff. Just this morning, drove my Q7 in to Reserved Audi bay for a schedule service by appointment (including arrangements of a loan car). The drop off time was 7:30am but no one to receive my car. After waiting for a few mins, went to the reception and spoke with an extremely rude lady who suggested to fill up an early drop off form. Did that but then no sign of my courtesy/loan. After a few mins (it was 8:00am by then), another rude lady walked up and had keys for a Subaru. I wouldn't have mind that had the Service Adviser (who I spoke with earlier to confirm the appointment) had not promised an Audi (that's a Policy of Audi Australia). Anyways when I pointed this out to the lady, he reply was she is not aware where the keys are for the loan Audi as she doesn't deal with Audis. Finally I suggested her to call someone and ask. A few mins later I was handed over the keys for an A3. Got in to the car and rushed as was getting late for a meeting only to realise the reserve fuel light was on! Car is very low on fuel and I have contacted Audi Australia twice this morning who have promised that someone from the local dealership will be contacting but no one has contacted yet., I have a few business meetings to attend during the day with no clue on what to do with a loan car without fuel."

"Please don't repair car at this place！My car’s engine shaking and send to Audi centre to repair. Firstly，they said my spark plugs need chang and charge me $1201.75. But they didn’t fixed this problem and my car still shaking. After one month they told me I need to change 4 coild and charge $1250.95. Do you think this time my car can be fixed？ Of course not！Two month later they unfortunately informed me I also need change injectors. As goodwill they are willing to cover the cost of the labour which then leaves the parts only for replacement. For all new injectors will be $135 each which is $810.00 in total. I feel despair."

"Worst services ever. They left the studs loose on my car's tyre. I called them to talk about it . They are not even interested. I am very disappointed they have no duty of care."
