"I would love to write a great review as last week Ali fitted some tyres for me and his service was some of the best I have ever had regarding anything in my life. Today was a completely different matter with a different person. Complete flip around and extremely poor customer service. I went in for tyres on a different car that I was following up on from Ali, however this bloke said that he wouldn’t help me and when I asked for an alternative option rather than the tyres that I originally wanted (as he couldn’t provide them), he rudely said “well you’re just going to have the wait then, I’m too busy for this right now.” I understand he might have been having a busy/stressful day, but there are ways of going around that. A simple “sorry mate, can you come back tomorrow (or whenever) as we are flat out right now.” The tone in his voice through everything he was saying, plus cutting me off before I could finish a sentence was simply rude. I waited happily to be served as he looked busy on the computer and approached him in a friendly manner as I would anyone else. I hope the experience is with Ali only while dealing with this business for people in the future, as this changed my mind about dealing with them at all now."
